Digital Services and Eligibility
All purchases made through BusinessMagnates.com are for digital verification, recognition, or publication services.
As these services involve personalized verification and content processing, refunds are generally not applicable once verification or content creation has begun.
Refund Eligibility
A full or partial refund may only be granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made in error.
- Transaction failure or payment processing error.
- Service not initiated within 30 business days of payment.
- If an applicant is found ineligible after our verification process, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days of verification.
Refund Process
If you believe your transaction qualifies for a refund, please contact our support team within 7 business days of payment at info@businessmagnates.com with your order details.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
- Digital ID creation and verification fees
- Featured article or recognition listing fees
- Award nomination or registration fees
- Any service where digital materials, recognition, or content are processed
Digital Delivery Notice
All Business Magnates products including the International Entrepreneur ID, Certificate of Recognition, and Featured Article, are digital deliverables.
No printed or physical copies will be shipped.
Members may print their certificates or IDs independently if desired.
