Partner Terms & Mark Usage Terms
These terms govern Registered Partner status with Business Magnates and the International Entrepreneur Registry. Every partner agrees to them when applying.

What partner status is
Registered Partner status describes a distribution relationship. An approved partner may introduce entrepreneurs to the International Entrepreneur Registry and receives a partner code providing a discount on registration for anyone they introduce.
Partner status confers no authority over verification, recognition or registry decisions of any kind.
Section 2Cost
- Applying for partnership is free.
- Holding partner status is free. There is no joining fee, annual fee or renewal fee.
- There is no minimum number of registrations required to retain status.
- Business Magnates will not invoice a partner organisation for partner status at any time.
Eligibility
Applications are assessed against four requirements:
- A live, reachable website describing the organisation's activities.
- A business registration number or registration certificate.
- A named contact person with a role at the organisation and an email address on the organisation's own domain.
- Demonstrable work with entrepreneurs, business owners or founders.
Business Magnates responds to every application within five business days, whether approved or declined. Declined applicants may reapply once their circumstances change.
Section 4Use of the Registered Partner mark
Approved partners receive mark files and approved wording. Use of the mark is permitted only as set out below.
Permitted
- "Registered Partner of Business Magnates"
- "Official Registered Partner — International Entrepreneur Registry"
- Displaying the mark on your website, email signatures, newsletters, brochures and social profiles
- Stating that your members receive a discount on registration
- Displaying your Partner ID and linking to your public partner record
Not permitted
- Claiming you can grant, approve, influence or guarantee verification
- Describing your organisation as accredited, certified or verified by Business Magnates
- Presenting your organisation as an office, branch, chapter or representative of Business Magnates
- Altering, recolouring, rotating or recombining the mark, or using it as part of your own logo
- Promising members media coverage, search rankings or any outcome beyond the published deliverables
Rights end when partnership ends. If partner status is withdrawn or the partner withdraws, all rights to use the mark end immediately and the mark must be removed from all materials and properties within 14 days.
Section 5Verification remains independent
Verification is carried out solely by the Business Magnates review team against published criteria. Partners take no part in review and cannot influence any outcome.
Every application is assessed on the same basis regardless of who introduced it. Applications that do not meet the criteria are declined, and the amount paid to Business Magnates is refunded in full.
Partners must not tell a member, client or prospect that approval is assured. Doing so is a breach of these terms and grounds for withdrawal of partner status.
Partner codes and pricing
- Each approved partner receives one code providing 20% off every registration package.
- The code does not expire and carries no volume requirement.
- The code identifies the introducing partner and must not be published on public coupon or discount-aggregation websites.
- Partners may pass the discount to members, manage registration on a client's behalf at their own service rate, or sponsor the discounted fee themselves.
Refunds and amounts charged by the partner
Business Magnates receives, and refunds, only the discounted amount actually paid through the registration form.
If a partner charges a client any amount above that figure, arranging any refund of the difference is the responsibility of the partner, not Business Magnates. Partners are advised to make their own fee arrangements clear to clients in writing before registering anyone.
Where an application is declined, the amount paid to Business Magnates is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Section 8Partner record and directory
Approved partners are issued a Partner ID and a public record showing organisation name, category, country, the date partnership began and current status. Partners may also be listed in the public partner directory.
Business Magnates makes no commitment to publish any announcement, article or press release about a partner or the partnership.
Section 9Withdrawal of partner status
Business Magnates may withdraw partner status where an organisation:
- Misrepresents its relationship with Business Magnates or the registry.
- Breaches the mark usage terms in Section 4.
- Claims or implies it can approve or guarantee verification.
- Makes promises to members beyond the published deliverables.
- Provided false information in its application.
- Ceases to meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
Where status is withdrawn, the partner code is deactivated, the public record is updated, and mark usage rights end immediately. Either party may end the partnership at any time with written notice, at no cost.
Section 10Changes to these terms
Business Magnates may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the registered contact email of every active partner. Continued use of a partner code after notification constitutes acceptance.
