Why transparency matters for a recognition body
A recognition body's only real value is trust. The moment people cannot rely on what our recognition means, it is worth nothing, to us and to everyone who earned it. That is why transparency is not a nicety for us, it is the product. We show our standards, state our limits, and make everything confirmable, because recognition that hides how it works cannot be trusted, and recognition that cannot be trusted is pointless.

Our recognition reflects our own review against our own standards, never an applicant's ability to buy a result, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by other bodies.

It is not a government, legal, or immigration document, and it is not a promise of business outcomes. We state this plainly so no one is ever misled about what our recognition represents.

How we handle mistakes

A body that cannot admit and fix mistakes does not deserve trust, so accountability is part of our standard, not an afterthought.
